There is no AC output at the AC output socket on my PowerCore3K100. What should I do?

There could be a few reasons why there is no AC output from the PowerCore3K100:

  • Check if the thermal breaker on the unit is tripped. If so, reset the thermal breaker.
  • AC input source is available but is outside the acceptable range (160 - 240VAC). Check the AC input source and ensure it is within the operating range.
  • The unit is set to "Inverter Off". Check the inverter setting on the remote control display (F07)
  • The inverter is overloaded. If so, reduce AC load.
  • There is a DC overvoltage, undervoltage or other type of shutdown error. If so, check the battery voltage.
