The charger on the PowerCore3K100 is not providing charging current. What can I do?

There could be a few reasons why there is no charging current from the PowerCore3K100:

• The charger may be turned off. Check the charger function in unit settings on the remote control display and ensure it is turned on (F08)
• The PowerCore3K100 detects that the battery is faulty. Check the battery and remove the DC load connected to the battery. Restart the PowerCore3K100.
• Battery temperature is too high, and error code E19 is displayed. Check the battery temperature or environmental temperature. Charging will resume when the battery cools down.
• Battery temperature is too low to accept a charge, and error code E21 is displayed. Check the battery temperature or environmental temperature. Charging will resume when the battery warms up.
