Why is the battery state of charge graph on my JHub screen empty?

An empty state of charge graph in the JHub app can be caused by the loss of Bluetooth connectivity, which, in turn, depends on the CAN bus connection in the J35 or in the ControlNode, which can loosen when traveling on rough roads.

Simply unplug and plug the CAN bus cable back in and all the information will be back on the screen.
