My BC300 and CommLink are not pairing. What can I do?

Follow the installation instructions in the manual and/or check the installation and pairing video on YouTube.

Does the pairing work now?

If NO, check the CAN bus connection. Does the pairing work now? If NOT, please follow this link.

Are lights flashing on both the BC300 and CommLink? - if YES, please follow this link.

Has the pairing issue been resolved? If not, please contact BMPRO customer service.
