If there is a range issue between your BC300 and CommLink, the BC300 will be flashing green, and the CommLink will be flashing red.
If you are having connection issues and your BC300 is not flashing green, or your CommLink is not flashing read, follow these instructions.
If a connection is lost between the BC300 and the CommLink, or the CommLink is disconnected from the main BP35/J35 System either at the Battery Management System or the Node, a warning will display.
If you are using a Trek or JControl, the screen will be flashing.
If you are using Odyssey, JHub or a phone app, a warning triangle will be displayed.
Is your battery connected to the BC300 within 7.5m (25 feet) of the CommLink?

Obstructions may affect the signal between the BC300 and the CommLink.
Move the BC300 and CommLink closer together and see if your connection issues stop.

Move the battery closer to the CommLink.
If this is not possible, try using a longer CAN bus cable.
