The loads are not being seen on my display screen. What do I do?

Are all loads on the output side of the shunt, including the negative for the BatteryPlus35 or J35?

All loads are on the output side of the shunt

Check if the issue is fixed.

If the issue is still not fixed, there may be a wiring issue with the van. Please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.

Not all loads are on the output side of the shunt

If the battery negative is going to the output side of the BC300 shunt, the system will always read incorrectly.

Move the negative to the input side of the shunt that is connected to the battery post.

Once this is done, put the van on a 240V charge so the unit can coulomb count the amp display correctly.

If the issue is still not fixed, there may be a wiring issue with the van. Please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
