If a connection is lost between the BC300 and the CommLink, or the CommLink is disconnected from the main BP35/J35 System either at the Battery Management System or the Node, a warning will display.
If you are using a Trek or JControl, the screen will be flashing.
If you are using Odyssey, JHub or a phone app, a warning triangle will be displayed.
Follow the below instructions to try and reconnect your BC300.
Check that both your CommLink and BC300 are showing flashing lights.
Both my CommLink and BC300 are showing flashing lights, and are both green: Check that all loads are wired into the battery side of the shunt.
If they are not, please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
Both my CommLink and BC300 are showing flashing lights, but one is not green: If either your CommLink or BC300 is not flashing green, follow these instructions.
Only my CommLink is showing a flashing light: Check the connections on the BC300 and ensure everything is connected properly. Wait for several minutes to see if it starts to flash green. This means the unit is working correctly.
If the unit begins flashing red or another colour, follow these instructions.
If the unit is not working, please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
Only my BC300 is showing a flashing light: Unplug and then re-plug the CAN port cable on the CommLink and Node, then check if the CommLink is now flashing.
If the unit begins flashing red or another colour, follow these instructions.
If the unit is still not working, please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
