If a connection is lost between the BC300 and the CommLink, or the CommLink is disconnected from the main BP35/J35 System either at the Battery Management System or the Node, a warning will display.
If you are using a Trek or JControl, the screen will be flashing.
If you are using Odyssey, JHub or a phone app, a warning triangle will be displayed.
Follow the below instructions to try and reconnect your BC300.

Check that both the CommLink and BC300 are flashing the same colour.

Check that all loads are wired into the battery side of the shunt.
If they are not, please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.

Unplug and then re-plug the CAN port cable on the CommLink and Node.
Check if the BC300 is now flashing.
The BC300 is still flashing
Check that both the BC300 and CommLink are now both flashing and working.
If the unit is flashing red or another colour, follow these instructions.
If the unit is not working, please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
The BC300 is no longer flashing
If the BC300 is no longer flashing, please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
My BC300 is not flashing
Check the connections on the BC300 and ensure everything is connected properly.
Wait for several minutes to see if it starts to flash green. This means the unit is working correctly.
If the unit begins flashing red or another colour, follow these instructions.
If the unit is not working, please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
