Your usage may not be being read correctly if:
- You are not seeing amps being used at the time of running an appliance.
- Your state of charge graph is displaying differently to the battery voltage on your wet-cell batteries.
- The state of charge graph for a lithium battery is showing empty.
Ensure you have referred to your BC300 and CommLink manual.
Ensure the BC300 and CommLink has been installed correctly.
Check if you are receiving a warning.
If you are using a Trek or JControl, the lights on the screen will be flashing.
If you are using Odyssey or JHub, there will be a warning triangle in the corner of the screen.
