If your MiniBoostPRO is showing a single red flash, the battery requires charging.
Connect the MiniBoostPRO to an auxiliary and/or a solar source to begin battery charging.
If the MiniBoostPRO continues to show a single red flash, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Do you have a 12V battery connected?
I have a 12V battery connected
Determine if the master battery voltage is above 12.1V.
The master battery voltage is above 12.1V
Determine if the fuse is working correctly, and if it is the correct size.
The fuse is okay
Check that all wiring connections are solid and the MiniBoostPRO is earthed to the battery correctly.
If there is still an issue, an RMA may be needed. Please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
The fuse is not okay
Replace the fuse with a working fuse that is the correct size.
Check that all wiring connections are solid and the MiniBoostPRO is earthed to the battery correctly.
If there is still an issue, an RMA may be needed. Please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
The master battery voltage is not above 12.1V
The master battery needs voltage higher than 12.1V to charge.
The battery may need charging or replacement.
Once the battery has been charged or replaced, determine if the fuse is working correctly, and if it is the correct size.

I do not have a 12V battery connected
Determine if you are using solar only.
I am using solar only
Ensure that the panel voltage is between 9V to 25V.
Note: Domestic house panels cannot be used on this product.
If the panel voltage is not between 9V to 25V, change the RV panels.
Once the RV panels have been changed, determine if the system is charging.
If the system is still not charging, check if the panels are working.
The panels are working
If the panels are working but there is still no charge, an RMA may be needed. Please contact BMPRO customer service for a resolution.
The panels are not working
If the panels are not working, you will need to replace the panels.
I am not using solar only
A master battery must be fitted with a voltage above 12.1V to test if both the solar and DC charge are working correctly.
