The MiniBoostPRO will show two red flashes for a number of reasons.
The MiniBoostPRO could be detecting another charge source coming into the battery, the secondary battery is either not connected, or the secondary battery needs to be replaced with a healthy battery with a voltage between 8V and 14V.
Have you checked the voltage of the caravan battery?
The caravan battery voltage is okay
Check if there is another charge source coming into the battery, such as 240V or another solar regulator.
There is another charge source coming into the battery
The two red flashes are indicating that the MiniBoostPRO is detecting the additional charging source.
No damage has been done.
There is no other charge source coming into the battery
The connection may be poor, or there may be a fault in your system affecting the unit. Contact your installer to check your system.
An RMA may be needed. If so, please contact BMPRO customer service for further support.
The caravan battery voltage is not okay
The secondary battery is either not connected, or needs to be replaced with a healthy battery with a voltage between 8V and 14V.
If the secondary battery has been connected or replaced, and the MiniBoostPRO is still showing two red flashes, the connection may be poor, or there may be a fault in your system affecting the unit. Contact your installer to check your system.
An RMA may be needed. If so, please contact BMPRO customer service for further support.
