My MiniBoostPRO is showing four red flashes. What do I do?

Is the DC input lower than 15V?

The DC input is lower than 15V

Ensure all DC inputs are lower than 15V.

If the MiniBoostPRO is still showing four red flashes, the connection may be poor, or there may be a fault in your system affecting the unit. Contact your installer to check your system.

An RMA may be needed. If so, please contact BMPRO customer service for further support.

Check that the solar input has been connected to the orange wire.

Disconnect the solar from the orange wire and connect it to the white wire.

If the MiniBoostPRO is still showing four red flashes, the connection may be poor, or there may be a fault in your system affecting the unit. Contact your installer to check your system.

The solar input has not been connected to the orange wire

The MiniBoostPRO is not designed for a charge input this high. If this is fitted and used with a 12V vehicle, you may have to have your car inspected by a trained auto electrician.

The MiniBoostPRO will not work with 24V systems.

The connection may be poor, or there may be a fault in your system affecting the unit. Contact your installer to check your system.
