There could be a number of reasons why your SmartSense sensor is not pairing.
- Try pairing the device again while holding the orange sync button to try and force the app to detect the sensor.
- The SmartSense sensor could still be in factory mode. Press the orange sync button on the SmartSense sensor 6 times. This permanently disables Sleep Mode, which is the factory setting. After this, try pairing the SmartSense sensor again.
- Bluetooth and/or Location Services could be disabled on your device. Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are turned on on your device and try pairing the SmartSense sensor again.

Bought 2 six months ago and no longer pair to JHub, changed batteries also tried to pair using iPhone app. No good
Same. Two devices and no longer will connect. Fresh batteries, reset, etc. Nothing works. Both sensors are dead.
