Do I need to connect the blue wire from the MiniBoostPRO if I already have an ignition switch relay in the Anderson plug in my car?

You will still need to connect the blue wire from the MiniBoostPRO.

The blue ignition switch wire is used to lower the input voltage to the MiniBoostPRO.
