If your BatteryCheck is having Bluetooth connection issues, there are a number of things you can try:
- Try turning Bluetooth off and on from your device and try connecting to the BatteryCheck again.
- If possible, try and have a clear path between your phone and the BatteryCheck, as barriers can disrupt the Bluetooth signal causing path loss. More information can be found here.
- Check to see if there is an update for the BatteryCheck app in your device's app store. If there is, update the app and try connecting to the BatteryCheck again.
