If the Controller in the JAYCOMMAND system is not turning on, or is blank, flashing or not fully booting up, try the following troubleshooting steps.
- If the Controller has been powered on recently, give it time to charge before trying to use it. At least four hours of charge is recommended before trying to use the Controller.
- Download the JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK by BMPRO app to your smartphone and pair to the Node from the app. The app can be used regardless of what is shown on the Controller screen. Search for "JAYCOMMAND" on the Apple App or Google Play Store to find and download the app.
- If the Controller still does not power up after four hours on charge, please contact BMPRO customer service for further support.
