My JAYCOMMAND Controller is black / flashing the BMPRO logo / constantly restarting. What do I do?

    We just spoke with the customer , and he told us that he is able to get every thing working with is cell , but not by using the screen , since it is black . The logo BMPRO atemp to open and it shut off.  Do we have to replace it , and if yes what would be the price and the part number .
