It is likely your Controller has a low charge. We recommend plugging your RV into shore power and letting the Controller charge. Most often the Controller will fully boot up after 4 hours of charging time. If the Controller has been without power for an unknown or extended period of time, it may take 24-48 hours before the Controller fully boots.
If the Controller has been allowed the proper amount of charging time but still does not power on, it will need to be replaced.
NOTE: We never recommend attempting to charge the Controller tablet using a wall charger. Removing the Controller tablet from housing will likely damage charging connections and the keypad that is required for pairing.
In the meantime, you can download the JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK by BMPRO app onto your smartphone, so you can continue to control your RV no matter what the Controller is doing.

We just spoke with the customer , and he told us that he is able to get every thing working with is cell , but not by using the screen , since it is black . The logo BMPRO atemp to open and it shut off. Do we have to replace it , and if yes what would be the price and the part number .

My BMPro tablet just blinks BMpro screen and redundancy keys are not working. My app on the phone work. Need a new tablet.
Replacing the battery in the tablet fixes this without having to buy a new tablet.
