If the Controller will not leave the pairing screen, it is because the Controller has become disconnected from the Node in the RV. It will not leave this screen until the Controller is paired with the Node.
If you have followed the standard pairing instructions and the Controller does not want to pair to the system, try clearing the App data and updating the app, then try to pair again.
If you have a Lite Controller without the lower keypad, make sure you are following the Lite Controller pairing instructions.
Once you have cleared the app data and updated the app, restart the Controller.
If the Controller will still not pair after restarting it, it’s possible the pairing memory in the Node is full. Clear all paired devices from the node, then try pairing the controller again.
If no devices pair to the system, the Node will need to be investigated. Check the LED status light to see if it is flashing.
No light means the system may not be getting the power it needs.
A red light means the node has failed.
A green light means the node is operating normally.
