If the issue still occurs with the app fully up to date, you will need to investigate the Node in order to determine if motor power is coming into the Node, as well as being sent on command.
Locate the Node. It may be in a cabinet next to the fuse box, it may be under the bed, or it may be behind a panel in the back bathroom. Thor installs the node in different locations in all of their floorplans, you may need to contact Thor to pinpoint the location.
At the RELAY VIN and RELAY GND, check for a constant 12V with a multimeter. If you do not detect 12V, investigate the wiring/fuse panel to determine why there is no power coming into the node.
If you have a constant 12V at the RELAY VIN/GND, locate the awning relay on the XA-1 connector, and put your multimeter leads into pin 1 and pin 2.
While holding the leads into pin 1 and pin 2, hold the command for extend and see if 12V is sent through the relay. When retract is selected there should be -12V.
If 12V is not sent on both extend and retract, then the Node will need to be replaced.
Repeat these steps for the vent lid on the XB1 connector pin 1 and pin 2.
