There is a fault on the Climate Control screen in my JAYCOMMAND app. What can I do?

To troubleshoot a climate fault:

1. Check to see if the system is displaying an accurate temperature. If the temperature is dashed out, a thermistor may have come loose.
2. To rule out the BMPRO system, locate the Node and disconnect the A/C. If it is the Main A/C that the fault is displaying on, you must disconnect all 5 wires on the A/C 1 PINS (#1-6) and include PIN 16 (Furnace run).
3. Next, cycle power and check if the fault remains with the A/C disconnected. 
4. If the fault remains with A/C disconnected, there is an issue with the Node. If the fault is cleared when the A/C is disconnected, the Node is not at fault. You will need to check the wiring and troubleshoot the A/C control module.
