- Make sure the JAYCOMMAND app is fully up to date.
- If the issue persists, you will need to perform a zero-point calibration. Depending on the equipment installed, the zero point will need to be set using the leveling touch pad or the JAYCOMMAND controller.
- Try performing leveling commands from the JAYCOMMAND controller again. If the jacks move, the JAYCOMMAND system is sending commands to the leveling system. If the jacks are not performing as expected, contact the leveling system manufacturer.
If the JAYCOMMAND app has been updated and the Lost Communication status remains on the leveling system, the CAN network that connects the leveling system to the JAYCOMMAND node needs to be investigated. If there are any open CAN ports on the CAN network, they should be filled with a terminating resistor.
