I have activated the remote switch on my BatteryPlus35-II, but my tablet is still powered. Why?

Tablets should be connected to load output 1 on the BatteryPlus35-II. Load output 1 will remain connected to power if a remote switch is used while solar or AC power is available - meaning if a remote switch is used while you have solar or AC, the tablet will remain on.

If only battery power is available, output 1 will lose power if the battery voltage discharges to below the Storage Mode or the low voltage disconnect threshold.
