If the lower keypad buttons on your RVMaster Controller are not responding, check the following:
- Check if the ribbon cable is properly connected. If the Controller has been disassembled previously, it may be dislodged.
- Inspect the CAN bus wiring. Unplug any additional harnesses connected to the CAN ports on the node.
