If the Controller in the RVMaster system is not turning on, or is blank, flashing or not fully booting up, try the following troubleshooting steps.
- If the Controller has been powered on recently, give it time to charge before trying to use it. At least four hours of charge is recommended before trying to use the Controller.
- Download the RVMaster by BMPRO app to your smartphone and pair to the Node from the app. The app can be used regardless of what is shown on the Controller screen. Search for "RVMaster" on the Apple App or Google Play Store to find and download the app.
- If you have an older RVMC101B Controller, the internal battery may have failed. While it is installed on the wall and connected to shore power, charge it for 4-8 hours.
- If the Controller still does not power up, or enters a boot loop and is constantly restarting, please contact BMPRO customer service for further support.
